June 1^st, 2016 marks the 61^st anniversary of Bourguiba triumphant return to Tunisia. On this symbolic date, his Excellency, Mr Beji Caied Essebsi, the late President of The Republic, invited members of the Habib Bourguiba Foundation to take part in the resettlement of the statue at Habib Bourguiba Avenue.
